Section 03. Special Meetings

Special meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held when called by the President, or by any two directors, after not less than two (2) days notice delivered in person, by telephone, facsimile, or electronic transmission to an address supplied by the director, and after not less than four (4) days if notice is delivered by mail, with the time period commencing with the deposit of the notice into a United States mailbox. In the event of an emergency, the Board of Directors shall give such notice as is reasonable under the circumstances.
