Notice of the time, date and place of each Board, committee or subcommittee meeting, and in the case of special meetings, the purpose of the meeting, shall be posted where it is reasonably assumed to be available to a majority of the Members and shall be sent by first class mail or electronic transmission to any Member requesting such notice as set forth in Va. Code Ann. § 55.1-1816(B).
