Section 3. Electronic Committee Meetings

As determined by the Board, any meeting of a committee may be held entirely or partially by electronic means in compliance with Va. Code Ann. § 55.1-1832(F). The Board shall adopt guidelines to ensure that those who are participating in a meeting held by electronic means are authorized to do so and have the opportunity to participate.
