Section 3. Member Review

The budget and assessment shall become effective unless disapproved at a duly called meeting of the Association held within thirty (30) days of the date of the notice sent to Members, by a majority vote of all of the Members. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, in the event the Members disapprove the proposed budget or the Board fails for any reason to determine the budget for the succeeding fiscal year, then and until such time as a budget shall be determined, as provided herein, the budget for the then current fiscal year shall continue for the succeeding fiscal year.
