Section 3. Effective Date of Amendment

FCHOA Bylaws - Revision Date: 2022-05-20

Amendments shall become effective on the date a copy of such amendment is sent to all Members of record, unless a later effective date is specified therein. Such notice may be sent by regular mail, electronic transmission, or hand delivery.
