Ford’s Colony at Williamsburg Homeowners Association is a Virginia nonstock corporation, organized to provide for the management, maintenance, operation and architectural control of the real estate known as Ford’s Colony at Williamsburg located in James City County, Virginia, and such other real estate as may properly be brought under the Association's jurisdiction to further and promote the common interests of Owners in Ford’s Colony, and to administer the affairs of the Association.  The Association shall have such powers and duties in the furtherance of its purposes as set forth in the Governing Documents or as provided by law.
