4.12 Application of Payments

All payments shall be first applied to costs of collection, postage fees, administrative fees or charges, then to attorney’s fees and court costs, then to late fees, then interest charges, then to any delinquent assessment, and then to any unpaid installments of assessments that are not part of the collection effort or lawsuit in order of the installment coming due.
