5.01 Architectural Review Committee

The Board shall appoint an Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”) for the purpose of reviewing and approving or disapproving all plans submitted by Owners in accordance with this Article and the Purchaser’s Handbook as hereafter defined. The Board of Directors shall determine the number of persons to serve on the ARC and the length of their terms. The ARC shall perform its functions consistent with this Declaration, the Purchaser’s Handbook, and any committee charter adopted by the Board. The ARC shall from time to time adopt written rules and regulations of general application governing its procedures which may include provisions for the form and content of applications, the number of required copies of plans and specifications to be submitted, and the form and delivery method for notice of approval or disapproval.  Such rules and regulations shall be subject to approval by the Board.
