5.06 Variances

FCHOA Declaration of Protective Covenants - Revision Date: 2022-05-20

The ARC shall have the right to grant reasonable variances or adjustments in approving Improvements to overcome practical difficulties and to prevent unnecessary hardships, provided such variance will not be materially detrimental to neighboring Lots or Parcels, injurious to other Lots or Parcels, or defeat the general purpose of this Declaration, the Purchaser’s Handbook or any applicable Supplemental Declaration.
