5.08 Appeals

FCHOA Declaration of Protective Covenants - Revision Date: 2022-05-20

An Owner shall have the right to appeal any decision of the ARC to the Board, or its designee, within thirty (30) days of the date of the ARC decision. Such appeals shall be in writing. A decision of the ARC may be reversed or modified upon the approval of two-thirds (2/3rds) of the Board.
