5.14 Multiple Family Residential

FCHOA Declaration of Protective Covenants - Revision Date: 2022-05-20

Only multiple family dwellings and accessory buildings, complementary to the Dwelling Unit, shall be permitted on any Lot or Parcel designated as Multiple Family Residential. Multiple Family Residential Dwelling Units shall be subject to this Declaration, the Purchaser’s Handbook, and any applicable Supplemental Declaration. If required, the appropriate governmental authority shall approve multiple family residential uses.
