6.13 Accessory Buildings; Temporary Structures; Used Structures

No accessory building of any type nor any temporary structure, mobile home, travel trailer or tent shall be used as a home or residence. No accessory building of any type shall be erected on any Lot or Parcel prior to the erection of a Dwelling Unit. No temporary structure or used structure shall be permitted on any Lot, or Parcel. Detached Accessory Apartments are prohibited. Attached Accessory Apartments as defined herein, and as permitted by James City County Zoning are permitted subject to this Declaration, the Purchaser’s Handbook and any applicable Supplemental Declaration.
