6.21 Golf Course

FCHOA Declaration of Protective Covenants - Revision Date: 2022-05-20

Owners of Lots or Parcels adjacent to the golf course fairways shall permit entrance upon their Lots for retrieval of golf balls. No golf carts shall be operated over streets and roads within Ford’s Colony at Williamsburg except as used in the normal progression of golf course play.
