6.24 Time Share Prohibited

FCHOA Declaration of Protective Covenants - Revision Date: 2022-05-20

Time shares as set forth in Va. Code Ann. § 55.1-2200 et seq. and fractional ownership for the purpose of, or resulting in, separate occupancies of a Dwelling Unit or Lot for less than ninety (90) consecutive days are prohibited on any of the Properties.
