9.04 Use and Maintenance of Easement Areas

The easement areas on any Lot or Parcel as described above shall be maintained continuously by the Owner of such Lot or Parcel.  No structures, plantings, or other material shall be placed or permitted to remain in the easement areas, and no activities shall be undertaken on the easement area that may damage or interfere with the use of said easements for the purposes set forth herein.  Any Improvements or facilities within such easement areas shall be maintained by the Owner, at the Owner’s expense, except for those Improvements or facilities for which a public authority or private utility company is responsible.
