9.06 Easement to Inspect

FCHOA Declaration of Protective Covenants - Revision Date: 2022-05-20

The Association shall have an easement for ingress and egress on any Lot or Parcel to inspect the exterior of the Lot and Dwelling Unit for alleged violations of the Governing Documents, to permit completion of a requested Disclosure Packet in accordance with Va. Code Ann. §55.1-1809, or to review for compliance with the Purchaser’s Handbook and/or approved plans for alterations and Improvements.
