11.01 Right to Enforce

The Association, or any other Owner shall have the right to enforce against any other Owner or the Association, by any proceeding at law or in equity, all restrictions, easements, conditions, covenants, reservations, liens, and charges now or hereafter imposed by decision of the Association or by the provisions of this Declaration or other Governing Documents.  The cost incurred in taking such action and the attorney’s fees incurred therein shall constitute an Individual Assessment upon the defaulting Owner’s Lot and shall be collectible in the manner provided in Article IV herein for the payment of Assessments.
