11.06 Attorney's Fees and Costs

In any dispute or proceeding arising because of an Owner’s alleged default, act, failure to act, or violation of the Governing Documents, including enforcement of any lien granted pursuant to the Governing Documents, the Owner shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by the Association, including but not limited to, filing fees, court costs, services of process costs, expert witness costs, costs of mailing, and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred from the date of default, regardless of whether the Association pursues the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction. This paragraph supplements any other rights or remedies that the Association is granted by the Governing Documents or by law.
