FCHOA Facilities & Amenities Rules & Regulations - Revision Date: 2023-09-28

All guests of an FCHOA member, using the pools, courts or playgrounds, must be accompanied by an FCHOA member. If crowding is a problem, guest privileges and/or the number of guests may be limited by the ARM or other Management Agent employee or the applicable club or activity host/leadership.

All uses of the facilities and amenities are at the discretion of the ARM and/or the ACEB.
