A. Hours of Operation

FCHOA Facilities & Amenities Rules & Regulations - Revision Date: 2023-09-28

1.  Hours for the S&T Club are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily unless there is an approved function outside these times. The S&T Club office hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, however the ARM may be attending to the facilities or other meetings. Use of the property, grounds and parking lot is not permitted between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m., unless otherwise approved by the Manager. Planned overnight parking for sanctioned club trips is permitted at the facilities, but only with prior notification of the ARM and Security and if space will be available. Hours for the pool are seasonal and flexible due to weather, sufficient usage and staffing.

2.  Hours for Westbury Park are 7 a.m. to sunset, unless there is an approved function outside these times. Planned overnight parking for sanctioned club trips is permitted at Westbury Park, but only with prior notification of the ARM and Security and if space will be available. Hours for the pool are seasonal and flexible due to weather, sufficient usage and staffing.

3.  Community Services office hours are Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday 9a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed for holidays. The use of the meeting rooms in the CSB is limited to CSB office hours and staff availability to be present in the building. The CSB office may be closed for staff training or as determined by the General Manager.

4.  CSB Exercise Studio is open 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily unless there is an approved function outside these times.
