D. Financial Liability for Loss of Property / Personal Liability

FCHOA Facilities & Amenities Rules & Regulations - Revision Date: 2023-09-28

1.     All persons using the facilities and amenities do so at their own risk and by such use, agree to waive any claim for injury and damage and hold the FCHOA, and FCHOA Management Company and staff harmless from any claim. Adults who bring guests or any persons under the age of 21 to the facilities assume full responsibility for their safety, for any damages caused by such persons, or illegal behavior, such as underage consumption of alcohol and other regulated substances.

2.     The FCHOA is not responsible for the loss or damage of property brought or left at the facilities by FCHOA members or their guests.

3.     Costs to repair damage to any of the FCHOA facilities or equipment shall be assessed to any organization or individual using the facilities. Organization representatives or individuals who schedule the use of the facilities will be asked to sign an acknowledgment of the foregoing.
