F. Alcoholic Beverages

FCHOA Facilities & Amenities Rules & Regulations - Revision Date: 2023-09-28


1.     Use of alcoholic beverages at the facilities must comply with current Virginia Law.


2.     Family, Social, Private, Business, Charity and Private Outside Organization Functions planning to serve alcohol at their function MUST provide proof that they have been issued a current ABC license if they plan to serve alcohol of any type at their function. Alcoholic beverages need to be consumed in designated areas only. Section II. B. 4, 5.


3.     At no time shall alcoholic beverages be stored at any facility or left unattended on the grounds.


4.     At no time shall alcoholic beverages be carried onto the pool deck by anyone.


5.     Individuals consuming alcohol, assume full responsibility for their actions or inactions, including planning for transportation, if appropriate. Abuse of alcoholic beverages will not be tolerated. The host is responsible for the proper behavior of guests, wherever they may be on FCHOA grounds. The host shall contact Security for assistance, if needed.
