CSB Meeting Rooms A & B are used for Board and Standing Committee Meetings. These rooms have both audio-visual equipment and a whiteboard. Standard capacity conference-style seating for ten people; standard capacity seating in CSB B is conference-style seating between 12 and14 people. CSB B can be set up auditorium-style for up to 30 chairs. Both have additional seating around the perimeter of the room.

Use of meeting rooms shall be scheduled by staff based on availability determined by staff. CSB is normally reserved for FCHOA Board and standing committee meetings, staff meetings and individuals meeting with staff. Clubs and sub-associations will normally be limited to rooms in the S&T Club, based on availability determined by staff.
