A. Charges and Fees for Use of Facilities

FCHOA Facilities & Amenities Rules & Regulations - Revision Date: 2023-09-28

1.     Clubs, Service Groups, and Interest Groups – No Charge

2.     Colony-wide activities or events: No charge unless the Activities and Recreation Manager determines that the set-up and/or clean-up for such activity requires extra employee time. No charges for events sponsored by Activities or FCHOA Board.

4.     Family/Social/ Private Functions, Section II. B. 4a. See Exhibits I and II for Fee

5.     Business/Charities/ Private Outside Organization Functions, Section II. B. 5

6.     Management Agent, Section II. B. 6. No charge, up to four training/team building functions a year in the S&T Club. The Management Agent may also use S&T Club facilities at no charge to host events presented by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) or its local chapter.
