FCHOA Facilities & Amenities Rules & Regulations - Revision Date: 2023-09-28

With the continuing increase in usage of the S&T Club meeting rooms and other FCHOA facilities by FCHOA Clubs, Service and Interest Groups and others, it is imperative that all groups and their members know and follow the rules and regulations and the directions of the Activities and Recreation Manager. All persons using these facilities must act in a cordial, friendly and cooperative manner toward other individuals while using the facilities. The FCHOA Board, all Standing Committees, and Clubs agree to the Community Civility Pledge; this isa commitment in fostering a climate of open discussion and debate, mutual respect, and tolerance between all who live in, work in, and visit our community.

The following delineates actions that may be taken when incidents or violations of the rules and regulations are reported to the Activities & Recreation Manager. The ARMmay choose to refer the incident to the ACEB for review and further consideration. It is recommended that Security be contacted at 757-258-4080.
