1. Itis the responsibility of the aggrieved individual to report any behavior or actions that can create a threatening or hostile interpersonal environment to the Activities and Recreation Manager.
2. The ARM will investigate and take corrective steps in an effort to resolve the issue of any aggrieved individual which may include contacting the offender, advising the lead officer of the aggrieving club or group, reporting the incident to the AC Chair, and/or by contacting Security at 757-258-4080 and completing an incident report at the time of the incident. Security and ARM will document the incident and a report will be retained until the matter is fully resolved.
The ARM has the authority of the ACEB as well as the FCHOA Board to take any appropriate actions necessary to resolve the matter including, but not limited to an immediate suspension from the facility for the remainder of the day and/or a recommendation of corrective action to be taken against the individual and/or group. The ACEB may temporarily suspend any or all privileges. An individual’s longer-term suspension from a facility is subject to Notice and a Hearing before the Covenants Committee, however an individual can be suspended pending such hearing if the ACEB determines such is necessary for the safety and well-being of others.
