B. Suspension of Use of Facilities privileges – for an individual

FCHOA Facilities & Amenities Rules & Regulations - Revision Date: 2023-09-28


Suspension or cancellation of an individual’s use of facility privileges may be the penalty levied for egregious actions, or repeated violations of one or more of the following:


1.     Rude, aggressive, threatening, hostile or other unacceptable behavior exhibited toward others using the facilities.

2.     Failure to follow the Facilities & Amenities Rules and Regulations or directions issued by the Manager.

3.     Destruction of facility property.

4.     Failure to control guests.

5.     Repeated incidents of unacceptable behavior negatively impacting an activity or recreation participants.

  1. Failure to maintain “in good standing” with the FCHOA, including financial delinquencies and outstanding covenant violations.
