D. Process for suspension of S&T Club privileges:

FCHOA Facilities & Amenities Rules & Regulations - Revision Date: 2023-09-28


1.     Incidents of alleged misbehavior or violations of Rules and Regulations will be reported to the ACEB through the ARM.


2.     Each reported incident will be investigated by the ACEB.


3.     Any suspension of privileges (individual or club/group) for more than a day will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the ACEB. Any individual’s suspended use of the facilities will be considered by the Covenants Committee after a Hearing and Notice; however, a person may be suspended until such Hearing if the ACEB determines such is necessary for the safety and well-being of others.


4.     Any individual or activity that incurs a suspension of privileges may appeal the decision to the ACEB.


  1.   Any individual or activity whose privileges have been suspended by the ACEB may appeal that decision to the FCHOA Board of Directors.
