$200 Deposit: $150 for two-hours, $25 each additional hour.

If your event requires a chaperone, see Activities & Recreation Manager for additional fee.

Private Tennis/Pickleball Parties for FCHOA Members

Gazebo and Court Rental: $20 Per-Hour


Any fee may be increased, decreased, or waived for specific functions by the Activities Committee Executive Board. Other facility rentals can be determined by the Activities & Recreation Manager. The fee schedule will be reviewed annually and revised as deemed necessary.
