Section 3. Definitions

Except as expressly defined herein, all capitalized terms shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Second Amended and Restated Declaration of Protective Covenants, dated May 20, 2022, and recorded on May 24,2022, in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for the City of Williamsburg and James City County, Virginia, as Instrument Number 202208331 as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time (the “Declaration”).
