Section 5. Suspension of Voting Rights

The Board of Directors may suspend the voting rights of any Member who is delinquent in any financial obligation due the Association by more than sixty (60) days or who has a violation of the Governing Documents that has not been remedied in the time permitted by the Association. Upon payment of the delinquency or correction of the violation, the Member’s voting rights shall automatically be restored.
