Section 1. Annual Meetings

FCHOA Bylaws - Revision Date: 2024-07-25

The annual meeting of the Members shall be set by the Board so as to occur no later than the second Saturday in December (the “Annual Meeting”). The Board shall determine the date, time and place of the Annual Meeting.
