Section 3. Notice of Meetings

Written notice of each meeting of the Members shall be given by, or at the direction of, the Secretary or person authorized to call the meeting, or their designee, at least fourteen (14) days in advance of any annual meeting but no more than sixty (60) days, and at least seven (7) days in advance of any special meeting but no more than sixty (60) days. Notice may be sent by (i) first class mail at the address last appearing on the books of the Association, or supplied by such Member for notice; (ii) hand-delivered to the Member’s residence; or (iii) by electronic transmission to the address supplied and consented to by the Member. Such notice shall specify the place, date and hour of the meeting and, in the case of a special meeting, the purpose of the meeting.
