Section 5. Adjournment of Meetings

FCHOA Bylaws - Revision Date: 2022-05-20

If any meeting of the Members cannot be held because a quorum is not present, a majority of the Members who are present at such meeting, either in person, by proxy, or by absentee ballot, may adjourn the meeting to a time not less than ten (10) days nor more than sixty (60) days from the time the original meeting was called.  At such adjourned meeting at which a quorum is present, any business, which might have been transacted at the meeting originally called, may be transacted without further notice. Member meetings called for the purpose of amending the Association’s Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, or the Declaration may be adjourned from time to time as determined by the Chair to facilitate participation.
