Section 2. Eligibility

A director must be a Member or the spouse, partner or family member of a Member residing in the household of the Member.  Only one member of a household may serve on the Board at any one time.  No Member or spouse of a Member may be elected to the Board or continue to serve if there is any financial obligation due the Association that is more than sixty (60) days in arrears or if there is any violation of the Governing Documents that has not been remedied in the time permitted by the Association.
