Section 1. Nominating Committee

The Board shall appoint a Nominating Committee consisting of at least five (5) and no more than nine (9) Members of the Association who are not serving on the Board. The Nominating Committee members shall serve a term of two (2) years, and shall be eligible to serve no more than two (2) consecutive terms.  Terms of Nominating Committee Members should be staggered so that one-half or the closest number to one-half of the committee membership is appointed or reappointed each year. The Chair shall be a member of the committee and shall be appointed annually by the Board.  The Chair shall serve no more than two (2) consecutive terms. The Board shall adopt a committee charter to address the responsibilities, operations, and administration of the Nominating Committee, which may be modified and amended from time to time.
