Section 4. Elections

Directors shall be elected by the largest number of all votes cast at the Annual Meeting at which a quorum is present. Election will be by eligible Member’s secret ballot, which may be cast pursuant to Article II, Section 4. Members or their proxies may cast, in respect to each vacancy, as many votes as they are entitled to exercise under the provisions of the Declaration. The persons receiving the largest number of votes shall be elected. Cumulative voting is not permitted. The Board shall determine the form of all ballots and proxies, and the deadline for casting ballots and filing proxies. The results of the election shall be announced by the Secretary or their designee at the Annual Meeting.
